Good day! This is my 1st comment here so I just wanted to give a quick shout out and say I truly enjoy reading your articles. Can you suggest any other blogs/websites/forums that cover the same subjects? Many thanks!

Hello, i read your blog from time to time and i own a similar one and i was just curious if you get a lot of spam remarks? If so how do you prevent it, any plugin or anything you can advise? I get so much lately it's driving me mad so any assistance is very much appreciated.

here are a few deals that I know of...
1. Green Tea. Amazing stuff. It is the solution to apparently everything
2. Try to limit the intake of foods. All foods. If you keep your body in "emergency mode", your heart will not grow as worn out as quickly as others
3. Exercise. Stretch those limbs you got from time to time. Especially when you eat a lot of food.
4. Remember to take the time to sleep once in a while. Take break days, or at least break hours. Meditate, sleep, do something that requires NO effort.
5. Keep yourself happy. Interact with people if you enjoy it, work if you like it, do what you please EVERY DAY. If you are happier each day, you life is a little longer.
6. Don't hold grudges. Grudges dampen the mood, and will place stress on the mind and sometimes the body. Apologize, make up....whatever. Just forgive and forget more often.
